Peer 360 Recovery Alliance (“Peer 360,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a nonprofit organization based in Michigan that provides peer recovery support, harm reduction outreach, community education, and recovery engagement opportunities. We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of individuals who visit our website or communicate with us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We only collect the minimum information necessary to support communication, engagement, and program updates.
1.1 Information You Provide to Us
We collect personal information when you voluntarily submit it through our website forms, including:

  • County of residence (Michigan counties only)
This information is used solely to share updates about upcoming trainings, events, and organizational news.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
Our website uses Weebly’s built-in analytics tools, which may automatically collect:

  • General website usage data (pages visited, time on site, etc.)
This information is used only to understand website traffic and improve user experience. We do not use advanced tracking tools such as Facebook Pixel or Google Analytics unless otherwise noted.
1.3 Information We Do Not Collect
Peer 360 does not collect any Protected Health Information (PHI) through the website.
We do not request or store medical histories, treatment information, diagnoses, or similar health records online or otherwise.


2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide for the following purposes:
  • To send email alerts and updates about Peer 360 trainings and opportunities for engagement
  • To maintain email lists through Constant Contact and Google Contacts
  • To communicate daily reading meditations to individuals who request them
  • To improve website performance and user experience
  • To respond to questions, requests, or other communications
We do not use your information for sales, advertising, or commercial marketing.


3. How We Share Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with any third parties.
We may share information only with trusted service providers that help us deliver our programs and communications:
  • Constant Contact – for email alerts and newsletters
  • Google Contacts / Gmail – for daily reading meditation communications
  • Weebly – for website hosting and basic analytics
  • Microsoft Forms / Excel – for anonymous demographic and aggregate program reporting (no identifying information)
These service providers are permitted to use your information only as necessary to support Peer 360 operations and must protect the confidentiality of your data.
We will not share personal information unless required to comply with the law or protect the rights and safety of Peer 360, its staff, or the individuals we serve.


4. SMS/Text Messaging
Peer 360 may use SMS/text messaging through Zoom Phone to communicate with individuals who have provided their contact information and consent to receive messages. These communications may include:
  • Supportive peer communication
  • Resource sharing
  • Check-ins
  • Training reminders
  • Appointment/engagement coordination
Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.
Peer 360 does not use text messages for advertising or mass marketing.

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. While no system is completely secure, we strive to safeguard all information in alignment with nonprofit best practices.

Our website is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our website.

  • Opt out of email communications at any time (via “unsubscribe” links in Constant Contact messages)
  • Opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP
